oneCentral SIP Trunking
This guide connects a oneCentral SIP trunk to Live Hub. Complete the following steps:
Order a connection from the oneCentral account team
To order the SIP trunking service from oneCentral:
- Contact the oneCentral support team (support@onecentral.net), and then order a SIP trunking service. oneCentral provides you with configuration information for your account.
- Note the
{sipUsername}and{sipPassword}. You need them when you configure Live Hub.
Create a SIP connection in Live Hub
To create the SIP connection that represents your oneCentral SIP trunking account:

Log in to Live Hub.

In the Navigation pane, select SIP connections, and then click Add new SIP connection.

Select the General tab, and then under the General group:
- In the 'Name' field, enter a unique SIP connection name (for example, oneCentral).
- From the 'Provider type' drop-down list, select SIP Trunk.
- From the 'Provider' drop-down list, select oneCentral SIP Trunk.

Under the Registration and authentication group:
- From the 'Registration' drop-down list, select Enabled.
- In the 'Contact name' field, enter the
{sipUsername}that oneCentral provided. - Under Credentials, enter the
{sipUsername}and{sipPassword}that oneCentral provided.

Select the Incoming tab:

Select the 'Source IP address' check box.

Select the 'Dialed Numbers (DIDs)' check box.
- Click Add, enter the destination number that oneCentral sends to Live Hub,
and then click
. The number must
be in E.164 format and must start with a plus (+) sign. - Repeat the previous step for every number that you plan to send from oneCentral to Live Hub.
- Click Add, enter the destination number that oneCentral sends to Live Hub,
and then click
